The name will be printed exactly as you send it. If you want the ('s) apostrophy S then include it in your order. If you send the name in all CAPS then I will print the name in all caps.
Neoprene is the same material that wet suits are made of so it will keep your drink cool and your hand dry.
I generally ship items out within 24 hours of the order.
Your item(s) will be shipped via the USPS by your choice of shipping method.
- USPS First Class / Parcel Post Mail. Generally takes 3-8 days depending on your location. (15oz or less)
- USPS Priority Mail. Generally takes 2-4 days depending on your location. Up to $50 insurance included.
- USPS Priority Express is the USPS 1 day or Overnight option.
Once items are in the possession of the USPS I can not guarantee an exact delivery date/time.
We ship via the USPS via Shipping Easy with tracking ID. You will receive an email when the package is sent and another email when the package arrives at your door.

In general returns are accepted for most items. Check the item Description for details of each specific item.
If within 14 days of receipt you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return this item. Returned merchandise must be clean, unworn, free from odors and perfumes, unused and in original condition with all tags attached.
You are responsible for return shipping costs and, for your protection, it is recommended that items being returned are insured. Upon receipt and verification of condition, your merchandise will be exchanged or refunded. Please allow 7-10 business days for your item(s) to be processed and credited. If receiving a refund, your original method of payment will be credited for the purchase price (including taxes), less shipping charges (if applicable).
Please contact us prior to sending any item back so we may know expect what item is being returned, by whom and by what date. Also please provide the return USPS Tracking ID.
Defective merchandise can be exchanged only.
To return or exchange an item, all you need to do is contact us prior to sending any item back. In the "Message" field let us know the Customer Name, Product Name, Your Contact Phone, Email, Order Number and USPS Tracking ID so we may know expect what item is being returned, by whom and by what date.
